Lynda Booth is a talented, energetic, no-bullshit chef who has cooked in some of the best kitchens all over the world. She now owns and runs the Dublin Cookery School, Blackrock. For her second book, she came to us with a sheaf of recipes and a headful of thoughts on food. We helped her structure the book to give life and context to her thoughts, then gave it a name and turned it all into a 300 page hardback book.
